The paper presents the learning and teaching sail on SOFT lines i.e. they are the both sides of the same coin. S – Setting a target, O – Organizing a plan to achieve, F – Fruitful result follows hard work, T –Time bound schedule leads. Effective teaching skills enveloped with soft skills among the teachers make them equipped with confidence to create the future citizens of the nation in an innovative way. The sample worked on teachers has given good result that teachers need to be given training in soft skills, which enables them to pave the way for the future citizens in a positive manner. Thus making them to discharge their duties with cheerful hearts. A teacher should be like compass to direct the studentship in the ocean of the world at classroom level resulting in enhancement of self-confidence and improved specialized skills.
