Today every one of us must be happy because people in rural areas started realizing that educating their children will definitely bring an optimistic change in their lifestyle in the generations to come. So, soon after the 12th standard they look for a college in urban limit and admit their children. The saddest news is that only very few students complete the degree successfully, a little takes time to complete and many of them fails to complete or decline in- between. The reasons for the collapse are new classroom climate, new-fangled methodology of teaching & evaluating, feeling home sick, discrimination among students, isolated from family and above all English. This resulted in formulating a method that really helped my students to understand and speak English better than their entry level in to the college. And in this paper I have given the techniques that I followed in my class for enriching listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
