This paper shares the experience of the author, the joy and success of learner centered language teaching and Learning with the extensive use of a language lab and also learner centered other activities. A proposal is presented for an ideal language lab and that envisages a comprehensive language and personality development sections with all the required equipment. The need of the hour in professional and other educational institutions is to prepare the learners to face successfully the interviewing companies and the world in general confidently. It has become a mandatory requirement for all the institutions to have the facilities needed. An extensive illustration is given for the participation and contribution of the learners in print media.
